The policydeal is the portal for all the insurance solutions, it is owned by one largest company operating since 1828 having 40,000 staff and office in 140 countries, Willis Towers Watson. In India we have 9 workplaces and more than 300 partners crosswise over India. Throughout the years, we have served customers over all ventures running from aircrafts to framework, software, energy, telecom including manufacturing.

As a main intermediary in India dealing with expansive corporate business, we have built up relations with driving Brokers and Insurers over the world and work as Co-specialist/Local merchant with them to satisfy the protection necessities of the Indian business of their customers.

Solution

The policydeal portal went live in 2016 and since than it has capitulated into making the one leading portal in India for insurance solution. We design and develop this portal in such way that user from any background will to compare the insurance policies from different service providers.The IRDA Guidelines in particular on the Insurance promotion laws and their usage on the digital medium. We spent a lot of time working with Willis Towers watson on the site’s information architecture and, particularly, the site map and priority of different sections. There was a lot of integration with insurance services provider for vehicle, life and health.

Outcome

The Site gives a fresh & warm feel to the Customers. The design is simple & user friendly with lot of FAQ’s & online assistance options. In the first month of launch itself the Website did a good number of online sales. The Users now have an easy option to compare various insurance policies and purchase the best insurance as per their choice through the Website.
